Chicken cutlets (Куриные котлеты)

Prerequisites

• gas stove (газовая плита)
• frying pan (сковорода)

Ingredients

• chicken fillet (филе курицы), 1 kg
• bulb onion (луковица), 1 piece
• garlic cloves (зубчики чеснока), 3 pieces
• sour cream (сметана), 2 table spoons
• eggs, 2 pieces
• wheat flour, 150 ml
• starch (крахмал), 1 table spoon
• baking soda, 1/3 tea spoon
• refined sunflower oil

Instruction

1. Wash the ingredients.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
3. Grate onion and garlic.
4. Beat up the eggs.
5. Mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
6. Fry in small batches in sunflower oil in a frying pan.
