Salat "Valin"
Prerequisites
- metal sieve (металлическое сито)
Ingredients
- chicken fillet (филе курицы), 500 g
- pickles (солёные огурчики), 200 g
- canned red beans (консервированная красная фасоль), 200 g
- bulb onion (луковица), 1 piece
- croutons (сухарики)
- mayonnaise
Instruction
- Boil chicken fillet until tender.
- Rinse beans from juice in a metal sieve.
- Finely chop the meat, pickles and onion.
- Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
- Let it sit for 2-3 hours.
